These Terms clarify the intellectual property protection scope, legal liability division and dispute handling principles of our apparel store. All website layouts, original designs, clothing styles, copywriting, pictures, videos, logos and trademarks are protected by global intellectual property laws. No unauthorized reproduction, screenshot, reprint, secondary modification, commercial imitation and resale is allowed.
Users shall not use our brand resources, clothing designs and official content for any personal or commercial profit behaviors. Any infringement behavior will result in immediate order termination and account restriction, and we reserve the right to pursue legal compensation for economic losses.
In the process of using our platform, users shall abide by legal norms and shall not publish illegal, insulting, discriminatory, violent or infringing content in comments, messages and feedback. We have the right to delete non-compliant content and restrict user interaction permissions.
For any transaction dispute, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation based on these Terms. The final interpretation right of all service rules belongs to our store.
