Products restricted by hygiene rules including underwear, tights and swimwear are non-refundable. Custom tailored garments and clearance discounted goods belong to final sale without exchange or refund service.
Customers shall bear return shipping fees when returning items for subjective reasons such as improper size or unsatisfying appearance. If clothes carry quality flaws or we deliver incorrect styles, our store takes full charge of all return shipping expenses.
